Domestic Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping within India

1. Free standard shipping on retail orders over Rs. 1000.00 in India.
2. All orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
3. Orders placed after 11AM IST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
4. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfilment center closures.
5. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
6. Custom orders do not qualify for these shipping and delivery timelines.
7. Standard delivery times for various regions is given in the chart below. Delivery time is calculated from day of order dispatch and not receiving the order.

1. Timelines mentioned are applicable only for serviceable areas and not remote locations.
2. Express shipping / Air shipping is extra price.
3. Delivery times are as shared by courier partners, +2 day variations could occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. Standard shipping parcels are sent via Surface Made (Road), Express shipping are sent by Air.

Express Shipping within India

1. All express shipping orders are charged extra. There is no free express shipping available.
2. Based on the size and weight of the order, the express shipping charge could be more than quoted at the time of placing the order. If the difference is significant, we will inform you before dispatch and you can choose to opt for standard shipping. The difference amount will be refunded back. 
3. Sometimes, due to heavy weight or large size of a parcel, Express shipping is not available, even if paid for. In such a case, the express shipping charge minus the standard shipping charge will be refunded back.

International Shipping

We ship our products worldwide.

We have adopted all the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your products on time, one of which is by partnering with a large network of couriers to deliver your products at the fastest time possible.

Your product will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.

The duties and taxes such as VAT, customs duties, clearing fees and other taxes applicable to the purchased goods as per the respective country laws are to be borne by the customer and Crystal Divine does not take any responsibility for this.

Cancellation of an order is allowed only until we ship the package with respect to international shipments.
