What are the different modes of payment you accept?
You can pay via all credit & debit cards, UPI, E-Wallets & Cash On Delivery as well.
How is my order packaged & make sure the product reach us safe?
All our shipments are packaged with great care in durable, packaging which is safe for all the breakable and fragile products you may have ordered.
How long will it take to pack and process the order for shipping?
General processing time for retail orders is 1-2 business days from the time of order placing. With large crystals or bulk orders, to ensure the safe and sound delivery of your order, the processing time may increase up to 5-7 business days. During peak shopping hours, the processing time of bulk orders may increase by up to 9-10 business days.
Can I order by Phone?

How can I track my order status?
Yes, you can track your shipment online using Track Your Order page. All our shipments are sent via reputed couriers. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive the Tracking details and instructions to track the same.
Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with for a refund/exchange?
If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 5 days of receiving them but please first contact Customer Services by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, including your full name and order number. You can refer to our Refund/Return Policy for further details.
